Mansoor Malakzada - Chief Executive Officer

Mansoor is the Chief Executive Officer of Rumi Matrix Solutions (RMS). Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Mansoor is a seasoned software engineer with expertise in programming languages, digital commerce, and digital marketing Fluent in various programming languages, Mansoor leads the development of cutting-edge solutions tailored to Afghan youth and SMEs . His background in computer science and software development enables him to create custom software, mobile application e-commerce platforms. With advanced skills in software engineering, Mansoor strengthens RMS’s capability to deliver sophisticated technology solutions. His continuous learning in digital marketing, blockchain, cybersecurity, and digital advocacy positions him as a forward-thinking leader adept at navigating the evolving tech landscape. Mansoor’s experience in digital transformation, e-commerce business development, and software development consulting has refined his ability to address industry trends and client needs. Noman Ihsan - Chief Operating Officer

Ajmal Karimi is an experienced technology professional who plays a vital role in shaping the technical foundation of Rumi Matrix Solutions. With a Master’s degree in Computer Sciences from India and specialized training in cybersecurity, Ajmal brings cutting-edge knowledge to the company's IT infrastructure and training programs. Ajmal has also undertaken various teaching roles, enriching the next generation of tech professionals with his extensive knowledge in cybersecurity and IT management.

With over 10 years of experience working with organizations like the United Nations in Afghanistan, Ajmal has developed a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with managing technology in complex environments. As the Chief Technology Officer at Rumi Matrix Solutions, Ajmal is responsible for overseeing the company’s technology and training solutions. His leadership ensures that RMS is equipped to provide innovative tech solutions to its clients while maintaining the agility required in a startup environment.

Noman Ihsan is the Chief Operating Officer of Rumi Matrix Solutions (RMS. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and post-graduate education in Data Science, Noman expertly combines economic acumen with advanced expertise in digital commerce, artificial intelligence, data science, and blockchain. His educational background and practical experience are instrumental in driving RMS’s mission to empower Afghan youth and SMEs through digital skills.

With extensive expertise in e-commerce across platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay, and Shopify, Noman has a deep understanding of diverse business models. This knowledge is crucial in developing strategies that drive sales and enhance customer experiences, aligning seamlessly with RMS’s vision to contribute to integrating Afghanistan into the global digital economy.

At RMS, Noman oversees strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring the effective delivery of services in e-commerce training, digital marketing, branding, and emerging technology education. His leadership is vital in helping Afghan youth, SMEs, and our valued clients leverage the transformative opportunities presented by the 4th Industrial Revolution.

Ms. Shakeela Stanikzai – Trainer

Ms. Shakeela Stanikzai is a driving force behind the training and skills development initiatives at Rumi Matrix Solutions, where she focuses on empowering Afghan youth, particularly women, through digital education. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Sciences from Kabul University and specialized training in software development, website design, graphic design, and women’s entrepreneurship, Shakeela brings a well-rounded skill set to the company’s educational efforts. Her experience working with national and international organizations in Afghanistan positions her as a key contributor to the startup’s mission to provide high-quality training in emerging technologies.

As a Trainer at RMS, Ms. Stanikzai is responsible for designing and delivering practical, market-relevant courses that equip students with skills in areas such as graphic design, website development, and software engineering. She is especially passionate about fostering women’s participation in the digital economy, making her an essential part of RMS’s vision to promote inclusivity in the Afghan tech landscape. Through her hands-on approach to teaching, Shakeela ensures that RMS students gain not only technical knowledge but also the entrepreneurial mindset needed to thrive in a competitive digital environment.

Asadullah Afghan – Operations Manager

Asad Afghan oversees the operational backbone of Rumi Matrix Solutions, ensuring that the firm’s daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. With a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology and specialized training in accounting and finance, Asad brings a unique blend of skills that enable him to manage operations in a way that aligns with both the financial and strategic goals of the firm. His six years of experience in operations management, both in Afghanistan and abroad, equip him with the ability to handle the complex logistics and challenges faced by organizations in dynamic environments.

As Operations Manager, Asad is responsible for creating and maintaining systems that streamline RMS’s internal processes, from financial oversight to procurement and project management. Asad’s leadership in operational planning and team management has been integral in building a solid foundation for RMS, allowing the company to deliver its services to clients effectively while staying nimble in a competitive and rapidly evolving market.
